Gary Estacio

Gary was born in Dupax, Nueva Vizcaya on September 25, 1969, and grew up in Real, Quezon Province. He took up Instrumentation and Control Technology at Don Bosco Technical College and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering as a working student. He currently works as a Facilities Requested Services Manager at Texas Instruments Incorporated in Baguio City.

He is happily married to Sis Precy De Leon, and is blessed with 5 children: Sarah, followed by Gary Jr., Dustin, Earl, and Boaz. All of them except Boaz (who is still a toddler) are currently working in Canada.

Gary was born to a Christian mother and was introduced to Christian values while growing up. However, these traits were not seen in him as he was growing up. He later moved up to Baguio after graduating college. After the 1990 earthquake, an officemate invited him to a Bible study where he eventually began to know Jesus Christ and accepted Him as his Lord and Savior. He also began to attend the church where the leader in the Bible study he was invited to also attended and soon began to take his Christian walk seriously. It was also during this time where he began to struggle, particularly in his family life, but God in His grace used the Church where he attended to help him during those times of struggle.

Situations turned from bad to worse in Gary’s life after joining the separation from the former church in 1996. In 2003, the situation became more difficult as he was left with his 4 children (who were all young at that time) to take care of and raise but it was during these trying and difficult circumstances where he came to know the Lord and obey Him even more. It was those times where he learned to trust in the Lord and allow Him to work through such situations.

Gary began to be actively involved in ministry in 2009 and currently serves as the Ministry Head of the Greeters and Ushers Ministry (GUM) of the Church. By the grace of God, he continues to grow in his character as he also a member of the Steering Committee since 2013.
