Francis is the church’s Administrative Pastor and Youth Ministry Overseer. He is married to Tina and has one son Blue, they now reside in La Trinidad Benguet.

Francis was born in Manila on March 24, 1980. His family came up to Baguio that same year and he has lived in Baguio ever since. His elementary education was spent in Baguio Patriotic High School where he also studied Mandarin, after the earthquake of 1990, he was transferred to a Christian School named The Risen Lord Academy (Now Christian Legacy Academy), his college years were spent at the University of the Philippines Baguio where he finished his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a double major in Anthropology and Sociology. He is currently pursuing Master of Divinity at The Master’s Seminary.

He came to know the Lord during his high school years when he joined the varsity basketball team and was invited to attend the youth fellowship which was then held at Juniper Building. Through the sharing of the gospel during one Youth Fellowship, he came to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

He was a working student during his college years and worked for Adidas through its local distributor Athlete’s Haven, he was the sports coordinator and organized city-wide, regional, and national basketball tournaments. He gave up his business to enter full-time ministry.
